Eric Kincaid

Quality Manager

Eric Kincaid, Quality Manger of Advanced Mobility a Kentucky Trailer Company, joined AMST in March of 2016. Eric brought with him a Quality Manufacturing background that started in 1997 covering 5 different industries in ever increasing roles of title and responsibility.


Eric’s Background

After completing his degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology with Emphasis in Quality Control from Northern Illinois University in 1997, Eric started his career as a Quality Specialist for Vulcan Materials performing chemical and physical analysis on cooked lime rock for the steel industry. In his next role as a Quality Technician at Magnet-Schultz of America, starting in 1998, he developed his Quality skill set while obtaining ASQ certifications as a Certified Quality Technician and later Certified Quality Engineer. Taking the next step in his career Eric joined Aurora Pump a division of Pentair Flow Technologies in 2005 as a Quality Engineer/Supervisor. At Aurora Pump he oversaw the ISO9001 system, UL FM audits, American Bureau of Shipping audits, and supervised a team of Quality Technicians. In 2009 he joined KONE, Inc. as a corporate Quality Engineer in which conducted 27 monthly/bi-monthly branch Quality Improvement meetings covering the US and Canada. Then in 2013 Eric joined American Flange & Manufacturing Company, Inc. a part of Greif Brother’s Inc. as a Quality Manager and supervisor to a Quality Technician. At American Flange he was responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System that held ISO9001, FSSC22000, and IMS certifications. Eric was contacted by a recruiter for AMST for the Quality Manager’s position and he could not pass up the opportunity to join this unique and promising industry.

In his free time Eric likes to stay active with participating in running events, biking, and his various hobbies.
